Vlisco presents its 2013 collection -“Hommage a l’art

Vlisco fabrics are known for their expressive drawings, to honor this art they present this iconic drawings into spotlight for their 2nd 2013 look book collection.

Hommage a l’art collection pays tribute to Vlisco’s drawings in a number of ways, with inspiration drawn from the feminine floral that speaks of their batik heritage, to modern hand-drawn abstract designs. 

In line with a new focus on craftsmanship, the Vlisco drawings where transformed into icons by recreating them as golden statues to celebrate the rich design heritage. The gold symbols represent the image of royalty. Enjoy.
